I have an ATI Radeon x1650 Series graphics card. It keeps causing the computer to freeze, or the monitor shuts off. I also keep getting a error: "The driver for the display device was unable to complete a drawing operation. Please check with the device manufacturer for a driver update. The display driver for Radeon 9200 series seems to be responsible for the system instability." Who can give me some suggestions?

A good place to start is probably try uninstalling your current driver, and download and install a different one.
