Graphics card problem?

This is a problem i posted a few weeks ago but didnt have any screenshot to really show how it was playing up.

Specs:
E6850 @ 3.6ghz
Abit Ab9 pro
4gb ddr2
ATI HD5670

Ive reinstalled drivers, formatted and reinstalled windows 7 since and still the same problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

The graphics card is less then a few months old from OcUK, ill inspect the card tommorow and see if anything like that is there.

It only seems to happen when my pc has been on for a while. Its fine for the first 5-6 hrs but then after that it messes up. No matter if its on games or not.

Ran it for 4 mins, couldnt do much longer. got work in morning. But the temps never seem to reach 54c+

Running games like modern warfare 2 never reach 45c.
