graphics card problem

hey everyone, i've just recently built a new pc for gaming and here is my spec:

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560Ti OC
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz
Asus P8Z68-V Intel Z68
Lepa B-Series 750W
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
Gelid Tranquillo CPU Cooler

However, after trying to play BFBC2 I've noticed there are some rendering artefacts and when a level is loading or during the mission the game turns white and crash while the sound keeps going just fine. I've read in some forums about it and they say that it may be a graphics card issue and that the factory OC is badly done.

To fix it, some had underclocked it ~ 50mhz to 850mhz for it to become stable while some increased the voltage as it might not have enough juice. I've thought about increasing the voltage to stabilise it but I've never OCed a card before so i'm a little scared about what might happen if i do it wrong.

Can someone give me some advice pls?
