Graphics card problems

I have been having loads of problems with my new 'MSI ATI Radeon HD 6850 Cyclone Power Edition 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card', basically about 70% of the time, when I run a game (skyrim and css) it crashes, coming up with a blank screen. At first it did the multi coloured lines screen, now it's always the blank one.

For me it crashes on heaven and runs on the kombustor (benchmarks). OCUK said that heaven was a benchmark the tested it on and it worked.

I've done pretty much everything I (and others) could think of without replacing my hardware:

I've reinstalled the OS (x2)
Updated BIOS + Chipset
Installed the ATI catalyst drivers multiple times (using driver sweep to get rid of them each time)
I've put the card in both my PCIe 2.0 slots
Removed my CPU Overclock.

And a number of other things.

I've also RMA'd the card with OCUK when I was certain it was a hardware issue (and others who heard my problems advised me aswell).

I had it sent back saying the card was not faulty.

I put the card in, it's still not working for me.

Here is my system overview from Sandra:

(I dunno why it says windows ultimate, I did use that but I now use windows professional due to my uni. That whole statement is completely wrong, unless it could somehow still there underlying since my reinstall?)

Anyway I was looking at my event logger after the last crash and it says some strange things in the ACEEventLog (I don't know what that is, I only looked in it for the first time today.)

Around the time it last crashed this event popped up:

'0000000042: 2011-12-01 20:32:01:741 Exception <Saving Xml Document>: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\ATI\ACE\Profiles.xml' is denied.
Exception Called by: ATI.ACE.APM.Server.XmlDocumentSaver::SaverWorker processID:04104 threadID:( ) domainName:(CCC.exe ) assemblyName:(APM.Server, Version=3.5.4315.38573, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e)'

and then this around when I rebooted:

'0000000001: 2011-12-01 20:35:25:404 Failed to merge manifest file: C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\MOM-InstallProxy\mom-installproxy.xml with exception: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\MOM-InstallProxy\mom-installproxy.xml'.

and this:

'0000000007: 2011-12-01 20:35:26:824 FAILED:ADL_Display_SLSGrid_Caps and return value is: -1
Error Called by: ATI.ACE.CLI.Caste.Graphics.Runtime.RT_GraphicsAdapter_N::CheckSLSSupported processID:03740 threadID:(CCCThreadNew:Runtime) domainName:(CCC.exe ) assemblyName:(CLI.Caste.Graphics.Runtime, Version=3.5.4315.38577, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e)'

this one came up and 5 times consecutively:

'0000000010: 2011-12-01 20:35:28:154 Exception: No value exists with that name.
Exception Called by: ATI.ACE.LOG.Foundation.Implementation.Setting::DeleteRegistryFromUser processID:03740 threadID:(CCCThreadNew:Runtime) domainName:(CCC.exe ) assemblyName:(LOG.Foundation.Implementation, Version=3.5.4315.38596, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e)'

and also this one appeared like 20 times consecutively aswell:

'0000000027: 2011-12-01 20:11:59:537 Exception: No value exists with that name.
Exception Called by: ATI.ACE.LOG.Foundation.Implementation.Setting::DeleteRegistryFromUser processID:04104 threadID:( ) domainName:(CCC.exe ) assemblyName:(LOG.Foundation.Implementation, Version=3.5.4315.38596, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e)'

They're all about the ATI and catalyst control centre I suppose? could this be the cause of the problem whatever 'this' is?

one thing is that I was getting loads of AceEventLog events including fails etc... when I had my old card in again (HD4650) and I never get any problems with that.)

Help please!
