Graphics card reccommendation for < £100

Hi,

A friend of mine has an ATI Radeon X1950 PCI card that had stopped working.
What would be a decent replacement card. It really needs to be under £100.
The only game they play is The Sims, so it doesn't need to be too sophisticated.

Very pleased with my Asus 4850 that arrived last week - I didn't really need anything more as I'm not that much of a gamer, but I was pleasantly surprised that Crysis was more than playable @ 1680x1050 on high.

WIC also gets decent enough framerates, even at 1920x1200 (although after running some tests I think it's fairly CPU limited here as I've only got an e6600).
