Graphics card recommendation for 3 monitors

Hi guys,

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card from my 6770 which has given me no end of problems. I have 3 Dell U2412M monitors, and I want a card that will run them without any issues. That's basically the only requirement - I don't do any gaming of note, the three monitors are for dev work only.

So basically the cheapest card that will comfortably handle those three monitors, without me having to use the integrated motherboard graphics as well (something that can be very tricky to set up on linux). Any ideas? I was looking at the 260X as a potential option, not sure if this is appropriate though, or whether I can do it cheaper than this.

For a 3 screen setup I'd look to nVidia cards to be honest.
nVidia cards can run 3 screens without having to use those annoying active DP adaptors. It's one of the main reasons I switched from AMD to nVidia.

Right, that seems reasonable. I use a mixture of Linux and Windows, so the driver advice is certainly relevant to me. Any recommendations for an Nvidia card?
