Graphics Card recommendation please

Hi guys, firstly congratulations on awesome site.

Here goes, firstly I am not a gamer although I may play the odd game occasionally but basically im not building a gamers system.

I am putting together a highish spec PC for myself just for an upgrade really so far Ive just bought THE FOLLOWING

ASUS M2N-SLI DELUXE and ATHLON X2 5200 CPU and GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2

Next for me to buy is a half decent Graphics card that wont break the bank may possibly be used for some basic video editing in the future and my budget ideally would be around £45 tops

Can anyone recommend anything and obviously be a little bit future proof as in regard to Vista/DIRECT x 10

Any replies greatly appreciated

For £45 you only got a Nvidia 8400's to choose from, the 8500's start a bit more depending on how much Memory.
