TRIGKEY 8 Core 16 Thread Ryzen 7 Mini PC Desktop PC S5 5700U(Up to 4.3GHz) 32G DDR4 3200MHz+500G NVME SSD 15W TPD Micro PC | 8Core 1900MHz HD graphics| WIFI-6 | BT 5.2 | DP+HDMI | Type-C |

I bought the above mini PC on a budget, I'm guessing the 8Core 1900Mhz graphics reference is the GPU bit. Having watched countless VRAM/GPU videos the upgrade choice seems 4Gb v. 8Gb.
Whilst the machine is for work I would like to do some gaming. I will be able to source the cradle and a PSU as per countless other videos I have watched but cannot work out which GPU to buy. Does it have to be an AMD?
I like the look of games like Eve, and have about £100.00 to blow on a card, any advice. My monitor is pretty rubbish, that's my next upgrade, currently its a Ilyama Prolite B2283HS, when I google this it says 75Hz, 2.1 megapixels HD... means nothing to me either.
So any GPU recommendations was the question after the waffle, my apologies.

Theoretically I think either AMD or Nvidia should work, although I wouldn't be too surprised if there were compatibility / stability issues down the line just because of the non-standard nature of the setup...

However before going to the trouble of opening up the pc to plug a cradle in, working out where to put your psu etc I'd question whether it's really worth doing. For example the graphical requirements of Eve aren't actually that high I don't think, so you'd probably be fine just using the onboard graphics on the 5700U. Also performance of any dedicated gpu will always be limited a bit by the low power cpu and pcie bandwidth limits.

If it's more of a fun project and 'because I can' type of thing then fine I guess, would wonder about something like a second hand GTX 1660 super which you might be able to get for about £100?
