Hey, so I bought a palit 2070 rtx dual from Aria on black Friday, it was the cheapest 2070 I could find anywhere. It started having issues about 10 days in, so I sent it back to be replaced. After 20 odd days they have finally issued me a refund, however I would have preferred a replacement as it was a black Friday price and now all prices are much higher I'd have to fork out £40 extra for the same card. They say they can't replace it as they are out of stock, but they have a nearly indetical card, it looks slightly different and has R2 in the name? I'm curious to know what my options are, do I have a say in the rma process or am I forced to take the refund?
