With the E2140 at stock speed, it probably would cripple the performance of even the entry/mid level gaming graphic cards:

I think you should overclock your CPU first, before getting a new graphic card.
The E2140 is capable of overclocking from stock speed 1.60GHz to around 3.00GHz...but it would depend on if your motherboard is up to the job.
