Graphics card to run Arma 2

Current specs:

AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 240 2.80GHz (not overclocked yet)
Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3 motherboard
Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR2 8500C5 1066MHz RAM
WD Caviar Black 640GB
Currently using a 7600GT graphics card

Everything meets the recommended specs except for gfx on canyourunit, need a new graphics card.

My budget is 100 quid.

I love and hate Arma2.

I have a [email protected], 4gb 1066 ram and 1gb 280 and the sucker will not get more than 28FPS. No difference between low and high settings, after weeks of reading people with better rigs than mine have similar probelms.

Then again some people get really good FPS however I notice there is a trend towards ATI and good Arma performance.
That would be my bet, but im sure someone here will say they get uber FPS on Nvidia.
