Graphics Card Under Clocked?

Not sure if this should be in the graphics card section as it might be something to do with other hardware... but anyway;

In catalyst control center, if I go to Information Center -> Graphics Hardware, it says "Core Clock in Mhz: 500Mhz" and "Memory Clock in Mhz: 594Mhz"... what's that all about?! It's supposed to be 625Mhz and 1800Mhz?

Edit: I still get almost 5,500 in 3DMark06, though..?

The card is showing 2D clock speeds not 3D, have a look at the Radeon x1800-x19x0 sticky at the top of this forum.
