Graphics Card Upgrade

To add to my earlier question reguarding upgrading from a 6600LE. My PC has a AMD 3800+ Dual Core, A PCI-E SLI mother board and 1 GB of ram. What graphics card should we go for next, it will be mainly used for playing Battle Field 2 etc. I have a buget of around £150.

I have been concidering a Gforce 7900, would I notice much of a differance between a GS and GT.

It really is worth the extra 20 quid.
