Graphics card upgrade?

Hi

So I'm thinking about an upgrade soon, from my old'ish 3850 256MB. Basically, I'm looking for the best card within the £100-£150 range, so what do you recommend?

Another question is, based on my current setup (see my signature), would my E2180 bottleneck something like a 4870 or GTX 260? I'll probably be adding another 2GB of ram soon aswell, swopping the two current 1GB sticks for two 2GB sticks and I may upgrade my CPU in the future, possibly to a quad-core.

4870 1 gig or 260 gtx 55nm core 216.

My monitor is 19" LG, 1680x1050 max resolution. So, if I bought a 4870 or GTX 260 would it run at full performance and not be bottlenecked by my CPU?

Nope your CPU is fine at 3Ghz. Even something like a HD 4770 would be a massive jump from a 3850.
