Graphics Card Upgrade

Looking to possibly upgrade my graphics card.

What would be a good upgrade from a HIS 4870 1GB.

Most importantly it must be quite small and very quiet as my case is a Coolermaster Elite 335 Case. Don't worry about cost at the minute.
