Graphics card upgrade

So im looking for an upgrade from my 5770 with a budget of around £150, any particular reccomendations?

Also im worried my i3 might be bottlenecking my gpu? If so should i just do a full upgrade and get a new mobo + cpu?

The upgrade will mainly be for the new generation of games, bf3 etc.

If it's any help, I'm going to be upgrading my pc to 2x 6950s with an i5 2500k @ 4.4GHz, mainly to enjoy playing bf3.
