Assuming you don't have one, you could wait it out and try your luck for a Nvidia 5080 or wait until the 20th for the release of the 5070ti.

New AMD GPU's are due next month sometime, but there's no set date.

I'd try to get an Nvidia 5080 FE but that's going to be rough as they're like hens teeth, you might have more luck with a 5070ti which launch Feb 20th.

Just don't spend over the odds, the 5080 RRP for entry models is around a grand, the 5070ti is a fair bit less. There's some stupidly over priced options out there and they're not worth it, there's not much uplift over the previous gen but the stock levels on those are becoming non existent too.

I don’t know too much about the 9070xt other than it a 7900xtx but with better ray tracing performance.

Is there any details and pricing I might take a punt on it as I am not really getting any close to a 5080 or 5090. I do have one 5080 but I need at least another gpu for my other pc’s ideally 2

Last I saw, official announcement and pricing is on February 28, while the 5070 Ti is February 20.

If the 5070 Ti is $750 and the 9070 XT competes with it, I'd expect AMD to do their usual thing and undercut nvidia by $50. Leakers say they're going to be more aggressive than this.

A 9070 XT at £700 and a 9070 at £600 might not be that attractive, but eh, we'll see.

During the last gen I preferred the 4080ti super over the 4080. This Gen I like my 5080 but I am not interested in the 5070ti this time round. I am just wondering if the 9070xt could fill that space. Like 5070ti/5080 performance but for 5070ti prices or less. Think I will scour the webz to read up on it. It wasn;t on my radar but it is now as I can't be azzed waiting around for the 5080/5090 situation to become more available and for the release day MSRP. Suprims and Astrals are gonna sell all day long not matter how much they cost 1800 for a 5080 astral and 3400 for the 5090 version? Suprims is just as bad as well.
