I built my new PC today, but the performance is terrible I tried to play a game ( Grand theft Auto San Andreas ) And it was terrible, I've changed the setting's in msconfig, so all my processors are running, I've checked the four Gb ram, also my card is not showing up on my Device Manager i've installed the latest drivers and everything.
