Graphics card with good TV-out?

Can anyone recommend a graphics card with a decent TV-out, preferably S-Video? I'm not a gamer, I just use my PC for browsing and playing audio/video. I watch a lot of movie files via the TV-out on my TV set, so this is my priority, I don't have the need for a high-spec card at all and I don't think I need to pay more than £40-50.
Any suggestions?

Maybe I wasn't clear; I don't need a TV tuner, just a regular graphics card that has a decent TV-out (s-video) connection...

All graphics cards are pretty much the same when it comes to TV Out (useless for desktop, ok for games/movies/etc)

Personally I found ATi have a slight edge of nVidia, but not by a huge amount.
