This summer i will be saving up for a new graphics card. My current system is:
2.8ghz Pentium 4 @ 3.04ghz overclocked
1gb ram
200gb hard disk drive
Around 400W-500W PSU, cant remember
Windows XP Pro
Nvidia GeForce 6600 AGP
PC Chips M952 Mobo.

So i need a new graphics card to be able to play games i want such as:
GRAW2, FSX (I want good graphics lol), Collin mcrae, and others.

However my mobo only supports AGP cards for graphics. Now i have a Xbox 360 downstairs and i am wondering, off the OcUK which AGP Graphics card, if any will be close to or the same or even surpass the 360's current graphics? I dont have enough to upgrade my entire system however i will be getting another 512mb to 1gb of ram soon.

Thanks for any help.

An X1950Pro or even better an X1950XT will easily match and surpass the graphics of the Xbox 360.

Hope this helps. :) Both are available in AGP but for a little bit of a price premium.
Would the X1950Pro match/surpass the 360 in AGP?
Also is it DX 10 or DX9? Or can you only get DX10 cards in PCI-e

DX10 on PCI-E only.

You get a little performance lost due to limited bandwidth on AGP nothing major. Most people who get poor performance with these cards are mainly due to CPU limitations.

What brand of PSU do you have?
It starts with an E if you name me some of the main brand names with E then i can probably tell you. Would the CPU in my system cause bottlenecking or will i get any poor performances etc?

I think its enimax or something like that.

It really should be fine, but it would be worth getting the case off and letting us know what is written on the side of the PSU itself (there is a table with one or more 12V columns and some amperage readings under them.)

Okay i'll do that later tonight :) Thanks for your help mate

Okay so i have a Optronix 400W PSU.
Tables say:

+3.3V = 28A
+5V = 35A
+12 = 25A
