Graphics Card

I have decided to get the following Graphics Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X Windforce 3X OC 2048MB

Will this come with a HDMI Cable and my motherboard only has one fan connector and I have two fans so what cable will I need? Can I also run BF4 on ultra at 1080p? My budget is £150 excluding the bits and pieces so this seems like the right card.

The Graphics card will not come with any leads to connect to the monitor.

Assuming the fans are 3 pin then the cable below should do:

Thanks and will any HDMI cable do or is there a Piscific cable that has to be used?
