Graphics Cards; any difference in Manf?

Is there any difference in the graphics card if you buy the same chipset from a different manf?

Is it still just as overclockable? (Assuming the fan is changed)

What's the difference features?

There all pretty much the same , just different stickers and bundled software
With a few exceptions like HIS who stick there own coolers on, or evga signature series, which come clocked higher

Almost all manufacturers follow the reference design very closely, Asus is one that don't or at least they used to alter it more than most. As Snoops says the differences are usually in the cooling solutions and bundles.
