Ok i was pretty ready to get a 1GB 460 then was told to wait as AMD were bringing there new stuff out so i have waited.

I was Prepared to buy the 460 at i think it was £175

Now they are £151 and a game.

So basically do i change to the 6850 for the same price? Do i spend 50 more and get a 6870 or 470, reading benchmarks is well and great but it seems close at times with the 470 and 6870.

I still want best bang for buck really. But all I heard also the 6850 should get better as better drivers are produced? I got a £750 spec done i just can't decide on GPU.

Are there any MAJOR benifits for going for a 470/6870 and is the 6850 better to go for? I be confused

What size of screen do you game on? 6870 seems to be where it's at at 1080. Having MLAA support is a nice feature of the 68xx series too

Looking at BenQ G2222HDL 21.5" would the 6850 also support this, from what i see its an advanced version of AA? As it would save me £50

It's a hard choice as the ATI is better for gaming and Nvidia better for everything else. It depends the main usage the card will have.
