Graphics driver failing in normal windows use..

Really strange issue going on with my graphics card, im running vista x64 and now and then the graphics card will randomly fail.

The screeen goes black and it comes up in the corner saying the graphics driver failed and has sucessfully recovered.

Im using the newest catalysts and a 630w corsair psu, is something wrong with the graphics card ? rma time ?

Strangest thing is its never crashed while playing a game lol

I get this exact same thing in windows 7 with my 2900XT on the latest catalyst drivers.

In games it's fine but standard 2D use will result in a pretty common freeze and driver recovery.
