graphics driver problem

Im trying to install the ATI 7-10 driver but when it starts to install it i keep getting an error message saiing that i need to be in "administrator mode" and then it just finishes without installing

If its vista, right click the driver and select run as admin.

sorry forgot to say its XP, It comes up with an error box and it says that it will only run in admin mode setup is aborting. never had problems with it before

just tried installing 7-9 and that does the same too

May sound rather obvious, but you are an admin, aren't you?

yup, ive had to install omega's for now
