Graphics driver running in "Software Transform" mode

GeForce 5900XT

a certan game says
Graphics driver running in "Software Transform" mode / in "force software" mode

and all my games run in like 8 FPS , apart from the Quake 3 Engine.

dose anyone know how to turn off "Software Transform" ?

Sorry for dubble post, but i realy nee help wit this. so , any ideas?

tried clean and re install.
and its with all games that ive tried , apart from Quake 3.
