Graphics Drivers causing regular crashes

So I've had this problem since I upgraded whereby doing tasks such as browsing 3+ tabs of web pages or certain flash pages would cause the system to crash and restart.

I formatted and to my surprise, everything worked fine until I installed the graphics drivers. The funny thing is, I can play Call of Duty 4 fine, yet not use a browser stablely?

This is and error report I got:

szAppName : Drivers.Display szAppVer : 10DE0401A122861682
szModName : nv4_disp.dll szModVer : 6.14.11.6923 Offset : DA3A06EA

I've tried installing drivers from the nVidia site, the XFX site and the XFX CD that came with the card.

Any ideas? I'm stumped. Just don't mention faulty card. ()

Older drivers from the archive ? beta drivers from nvidia ? 3rd party drivers such as ngo or omega (not sure if they're available for nvidia) ? If you're convinced it's the drivers, just try more.

I've tried numerous versions of drivers and all of them cause this problem. Could installing gfx drivers cause the system to but unstable due to lack of power, or not?

Thanks.
