Graphics glitch?

I am running a 280 BFG card and have been experiencing some issues lately. Its weird but when ive been playing wow the screen goes completely one colour, mainly orange but sometimes blue.

The game still runs in the background as I tried typing to some other people and they said that they could read my messages.

Does this sound like my card is on its way out? Could it be heat related as I do leave my computer on for a fair amount of time.

This does not happen often but have been getting a few blue screens lately too. If it were graphic card related does it say something on the blue screen of death or would it just mention hardware related?

Well its started showing huge artifacts on the screen now. Is that the end of the card or could it just need a clean? Its under warrenty with bfg so im covered.

Half the screen was covered at one point. I took some screen shots but i put them in a word doc so cant upload them. Where do screen shots store on the computer?

Temp isnt an issue really as it was happening when it reached 61, max it goes to is 70.

Suggestions?

There is one of the really bad shots. Could it be dust or something or is it dead?

If it is dead what would i get back as I only got this about a year ago

Yeah, I think it's def fubar. As to what you'll get back I'm not sure,think those cards are EOL so it would depend what they have in stock, either way you should get a card of equal or better performance. Having said that read threads where people have sent in their 8800gtx's and have received 295's back.

Seems to happen only after a while of playing tho.

295 would be nice as when i got this it was the top card (just)

There will be some of them for RMA purposes, but if they don't have any left, then i guess they'll just send a 295, as those the only cards Nvidia are still doing for now.

Im not up to date on the latest. Whats that card like compared to mine, obviously better.

Well its just getting worse and worse now. Lucky i have a 8800 as spare until its sorted out
