I'm not the best at this graphics malarkey so would appreciate some help from you more knowledgable people please.

I'm attempting to recreate a pattern for use on a project, but have literally no clue on how to go about reproducing it.

The above is the pattern in question. Usually (working in Photoshop) I'd use Distort (Wave) and then polar coordinates to make a simple starburst, but as you can see the pattern above is a little more complex owing to the fact it has precise striping within the beams. Could anyone give me any pointers?

Thanks

Not sure if it's my monitor, but it looks like the lighter green sections between the "beams" has a bit of a gradient on it too? (lighter towards the right)

I'd make it up out of two layers: one background for the right to left green gradient, then use a second layer with a gradient fill to create the "beams" (transparent/green1/green2/green3/green2/green1/transparent). Then use perspective transform to create the angle for the beams and crop to size.
