Ok some back ground first.
980ti latest Nvidia drivers
Windows 10 pro patched fully (including fcu)
Dvi to one monitor
HDMI to one monitor
Display port to a capture card on another pc
HDMI and display port out put the same image
Dvi is extended
Lately I have issues with games in full screen mode, codww2 and pubg. In full screen mode I get a green tint over the HDMI connection. However the display port connection is fine.
Pubg in windowed borderless is fine, cod however drops to 20fps
Both games in full screen to the dvi screen are fine. Cod in windowed borderless on the dvi drops to about 50fps
Plugging the HDMI connection to my TV, everything works fine.
3 different cables tried, both ports on the monitor tried.
The bit which gets weird. I hooked up my laptop (gtx970m ) to the HDMI monitor and everything is fine in fullscreen mode on pubg.
The laptop is windows 10 but not the latest graphics drivers and does not have fall creators update.
