a month ago i built my first PC;

AMD Athlon +3200
MSI K8N Neo4-F nForce4 <
Powercolor X800 GTO16 256mb GDDR3 <
G.Skill 1GB DDR ZX PC3200 (2x512MB) CAS2 Dual Channel
Western Digital 160GB 1600JS
FSP Sparkle ATX-400PNF 400W ATX2.0 PSU

The majority of parts are from Overclockers.
There is a problem with my computer however, on high end games (BF2, HL2, CS:S, AOE3) the computer freezes and loops. After a months worth of diagnosing, I have come to the point of realising that it must be a clash with my MSI Motherboard and X800 Graphics card, because i have spoken with atleast 3 people who had the same problem as me and when they swapped their graphics card to the nVidia equivilent it fixed the problem.

My question is this, under what circumstances will overclockers replace the card? i purchased the card 29 Days ago.

I dont mind paying a little bit to make up for an exchange or return, because this is a real life saver for me. because it took me 3 years to save for my parts it would take me too long to just replace a brand new card that works fine but just not with my motherboard.
