Graphics PC. Help

Hey guys.

Its about 5 - 6 years ago since i bought the pc im using now, and im after an upgrade. Wondering if anyone can help me, as i dont have a clue where to start as technology these days has flown passed me.

The Pc i would require, would need to run, photoshop, illustrator, dreamweaver and also be used for internet browsing and watching just general films, tv things which have been gathered from the net.

I dont touch games anymore for the Pc thats left for the 360. I currently have a widescreen monitor and two 150 gig hard drives and quite an upto date dual layer dvd burner which can be transferred over. Hopefully saving me some cash.

My budget is 300 - 400. Is it possible ??

I would also hope to get vista running on it aswell along with the programs stated above.

Thanks guys. Just one question, what about the graphics card on the first setup, would i need one.

cheers guys appreciate it. I would be still undecided whether or not to go for 4gig of ram or the 2gig probrably need to think about that one. Also O/S side of things i would want vista professional. Id imangine 2gigs of ram would be enough ?

edit: Just remembered reading something about getting the vista OEM version, would it have to be installed on a brand new hard drive, or did i misread it. So i would have to get an extra HD if thats the case.
