I did mention this in another post but ill make a new one so i dont hijack it
Recently my BFG 7950GTOC 512mb started acting up, the screens went blank when a game was started, and then after a reboot would do it while posting and in bios also....
I sent the card back to BFG who replaced it with a 8800 GTSOC 640mb
Windows booted up, I started playing WoW and then the display driver reset. I think im on the latest Nvidia driver. I rebooted, played crysis and that was fine for the 10 mins i played it. I started GRID and straight away the display driver reset, this happened a couple of times
I then rebooted again, and suddenly while posting there was yellow lines along the screen, also in bios and while booting windows
Im not sure if its the graphics card at all now, but seems strange that it works fine with my mates 7600GT (although this doesnt have PCI-E power input like the other two)
Any ideas anyone?
....also while booted into windows with yellow lines, it stays in low res, and GPU-Z prog says the GPU clock is at 0mhz
