graphics problems

hi there, i just upgraded my rig to dual 7970's from a single 7970, i did a fresh install and updated drivers, since ive done this ive been getting a green glow on everything above the horizon while playing arma3. it wasnt there before i upgraded, ive tried disabling xfire, tried running both cards singularly, tried swapping the cards around and it makes no diffrence, i havent got any other games atm to see if its just arma3 but ran 3dmark and no artifacts at all
any ideas guys?

This is weird. Have you tried a fresh install AFTER you remove one of the cards? It sounds like a driver issue.

I don't Have any other games to play, only just started gaming on pc after a long break from It. Ummm I can't remember if I did fresh driver install after running only one card, but I did do it after swapping them over
