Actually I'm founding a new gaming clan and looking for help with graphics. Not a tutorial, but someone charitable that wouldn't mind making a clan banner, and a few other misc graphics for a new site.
I can't offer much in payment, but anyone willing to help will get full credit for their work on the site. Its planned to be a fully competitive clan, so if it works out as I intend it to, then you may even wish to include it in your digital portfolio. We'll see.
