Graphics requirement

Hey,

My friend wants to know if this ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 is good enough to play Left 4 Dead. The game recommends an ATI X1600 or better.

I have no clue about graphics cards so I come to you good people to help me out on this one.

Wouldnt bother personally, laptops are not gaming machines.

Maybe on low settings it will be playable enough.

Well agreed. That chip`ll be just fine, albeit with all the bells and whistles turned off

My laptop's 8600GT manages it on medium OK, so a 3450 should run it with details on low I reckon.

Agreed, it even works fine on a 9400gt with quite high settings and that card is really crap for gaming. The optimisation of this game is top notch.
