Graphics tablet

Thinking of getting the daughter a tablet for drawing on, she's into all this gatcha stuff or what ever it is...

What route to go down though, Microsoft tablets are mega money, ipads also?

There's little tablets you plug into your PC, but then I'd need to get some software as well?

Any help/ideas appreciated.

We've gone for the Wacom ONE medium screenless. She how she gets on, no point throwing loads of £££ and she doesn't stick with it.
Will install Krita and seems to get good reviews.
