GTX460 1GB should best fit your requirement at that res. Try to find a either a Gigabyte or MSI Cyclone GTX460 1GB at £180 or less.

Wait till the end of next month.
+1 the 67XX's should be out mid-late next month so would wait if i could otherwise the 460 1GB if i had to buy now.
