So, Supreme Commander 2 is taxing my aged 8800GTX and I need an upgrade. My budget is about £125 and I'll most likely get it from the MM. I've traditionally gone from nvidia cards, but I'm open to ATi if it gets me the better "bang for buck". I've been out of the loop for a good while now, so I have no idea what sort of performance I'll get for the money or what card to try and get.

Any suggestions?
 
Hi there,

If you are open to a new card then this one is a cracking deal.

However, if you do go second hand then I would aim for a 5850 or GTX 470. (A 5850 went for £120 recently).
