hi there

I'm thinking about upgrading my graphics card from a GTX 460.

I've been looking at the GTX 670 but not really sure which one would be best to get, so I guess the question i'm really asking is - what's the best GTX 670 going right now?

requirements:

game at 1920 x 1080
must be quiet (but cool)

looking at these two right now but will of course look at others if they're better

kfa2 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-018-KF
asus http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-299-AS

Would really prefer Nvidia but if there's an AMD with much better performance I will consider.

thanks

what are amd drivers like? they were not great when I last had ATI card

Also where are you getting £100 cheaper, most i'm seeing is around £50 cheaper

My friend actually has that same kfa2 one he's running everything on max with high fps and no probs. I personally prefer amd but thats coz im a tight arse lol

AMD drivers are fine now, I wouldn't pin driver issues to a single company, both ATI and Nvidia have had issues in the past.

I am leaning more towards the KFA of the nvidia cards, mainly because I remember hearing something about asus fans having issues. but that was over 6 months ago, I have no idea if it was fixed. I like the look of the board on that asus though..not that looks matter much ;)
