Gratuitous Space Battles -£2.72

Its good but its really more of a "toy" than a game, as the gameplay is completely hands off. I poked around in it for a while but dont expect it to hold your interest for very long.
 
I liked it and have the original and first two expansions. But it is a unique style of game where you build and customize your fleet and then set it to battle your enemy's with the actual battle being controlled by the AI. You really should try the demo here to get a feel of the game:

If you like it I would advise the entire collection including the galactic conquest campaign are on offer. You could even get just the original now to tide you over till then.....
