Bit more info in the news about GRAW2...

GRAW 2 takes place in 2014 and follows the events of the original GRAW. Insurgent rebel forces have sent Mexico into a nationwide civil war, which poses a threat to the United States. Scott Mitchell and his fellow Ghosts are called on to neutralize the potential risk to the US and will have to fight on both sides of the border, including in El Paso, Texas, to be successful.

Ubisoft promises that GRAW 2 will include changing weather systems, improved artificial intelligence, an advanced Cross-Com system, and more types of military support, including air strikes from jet fighters. There will also be new weapons and a new soldier class, the medic.

No details of the multiplayer portion of the game were given.

Edit: 1 screen, and what looks like the usual 'not actual game footage' in the trailer...

Shame they couldn't locate it somewhere else, then I might have gave it a second look :/

They will probably be using all the old textures etc to save money. I will probably give this one a miss since I didn't really enjoy the single player much and for multi-player the new Halo 2 maps will be released around then so thats all my online gaming needs accounted for :)

I just hope they include people this time. It was a bit far-fetched to have the whole of Mexico City completely deserted. :(

I'm not sure if the game would work as well if there were civilians IMO... Sure it would be fun for a while but then when you have a crowd and no idea who is shooting at you it would get highly frustrating.

Does RainboxSix Vegas have civilians in it?

A couple here and there.

Wasn't a big fan of the first GRAW, so I doubt I'll be buying this one.

The single player was way too hard. I couldn't even do the first mission LOL. The online co-op was really good though.

The whole online experience of GRAW was what made it, great fun with the other regulars from here.

I didn't get far at all in the single player before giving up and sticking to online only.

great news, loved the single player, hated the multiplayer, i personally think GRAW as with R6LV and its implementation of the cover system much better than GOW attempt.
