GRAW trainer

enjoying the single player which is very atmospheric but cheesed off with the autosaves being so far apart & repeatedly restarting over & over, can't see how to heal wounds makes it worse if you take a hit.
I downloaded a trainer which won't work, anyone found one that does work with the latest patch?

A trainer is basically a little programme which runs with a game & provides
full ammo & health enhancements in single player mode by pressing hotkeys, I play BF2 online but not GRAW

The game is lacking important elements as widely criticised on the net
A FPS without any means of getting healed if wounded ? thats bad enough
I dont want to cheat in the true tense, just want to see the normal attributes for a FPS, thats why I want a trainer to be able to patch up my health when hit
