Grease

For years now I've been using copper grease on pins and bolts when doing my own work on the car but recently I was speaking with a mechanic who swears by aluminium grease. I forget the reasoning he put behind it but he has a massive amount of experience with these sorts of things.. I plan on quizzing him again but I'm curious if any of you use specific products when working on your motors? If you do, which ones do you prefer and why?

Also, has anyone used or had experience with Cera Tek oil additive?

Copper grease is fine, just don't use it on aluminium parts.

I recently found out copper grease shouldn't be used in places where its in contact with rubber as it kills its elasticity.

didnt even know u could get Al grease.
