Greasing Z screw?

For my P1S I have just used the included stuff so far. Back with my Ender 3 Pro I got some of this based on recommendations at the time:

Superlube

As above. If you need something thinner they also sell an a oil variant, but pretty much any PTFE synthetic grease should be fine.

I was just about to link the same item that IanAG did so glad I checked first.

That's what I lube my lead screws on my X1C with.

i thought its not good to use grease that has a petroleum base with anything that has rubbers or plastics in contact with it? i can see my one has some white grease that has a light viscosity compared to car wheel bearing grease so i think it might be silicone grease?

i've used white lithium grease on mine, seems to do the job fine. think its safe on plastics too.

Used all of them and all work fine - lithium grease and superlube have used for about four years. Other point is I really wouldn't worry too much, need a tiny amount incredibly rarely (eg I've got a MK3S that I've had for about 5 years and has been in almost daily use, but greased once - still prints like a champ)

Never noticed an issue with noise tbh. Z only moves a bit so doesn't have time to make a racket

I use a white lithium grease, bought a huge tube that'll last me years.
does make a difference, I tend to regrease every two-three weeks
