The goal of this thread:
To highlight some of the great games ever made and bring them to the forum users' attention.
How it Works
Member1:
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic +1
Supreme Commander +1
Member2:
Supreme Commander +2
Baldur’s Gate +1
Member 3:
Supreme Commander +3
Baldur’s Gate +2
The Witcher +1
Rules:
1) As this is in the PC forum only vote for games which are intended to be played on the PC without the need for emulators etc.
2) Each member can only vote for each game once but can vote for an unlimited number of games.
3) Each game must have a minimum of ten votes to be added to the list.
4) Give the full name of the game (eg Call of Duty not CoD).
5) Sequels must be listed seperately
6) If it is a sequel but the name does not imply this state so in brackets after the game what it is a sequel to (eg Riven (Myst 2)).
7) Each subsequent vote for a game by different members must be accompanied by an increase in the number after it (eg see Supreme Commander above) – This is to make my life easier when ranking the games.
8) Out of sequence numbers will be ignored (eg World of Warcraft + 10000000000…) If you can’t count your vote doesn’t get counted.
9) Expansions can only be counted if they are stand-alone games (Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts) but please make sure to put (EXP) at the end to let people know they are expansions.
This shall be a ranked system meaning the game with the most votes will be at the top and the game with the least votes at the bottom. Each game must have a minimum of ten votes before it will be added to the list. Hopefully, with your help this could be a great list and help people to discover forgotten gems which would otherwise have been overlooked.
