Here's a list of games that I play on my NC10 that run well despite its feeble specs. Feel free to add any other games you can think of. Most of my picks are freeware:

Spelunky:
This is a compulsively addictive cross between a Metroid style platformer and Nethack. The levels are randomly generated and there are lots of secrets to be found. Expect to die in a variety of ways--I've died over 200 times and I haven't even completed the game. I think it strikes a good balance between being extremely difficult, yet fun at the same time. Very rare in modern gaming.

Charles Barkley's Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden:
I find this game hilarious. It has a completely ludicrous plot (you play as Charles Barkley in a postapocalyptic alternative Earth where basketball has been banned) but the game takes itself unbelievably seriously. It's a brilliant and polished pastiche of Japanese RPGs.

Deus Ex:
Runs exceptionally well on the NC10 and it is one of my favourite games. Bonus.

I'll add to this list when I have time.

My mate was running Unreal Tornament on his one (cant remember which one) and it ran quite nicely.

Also Quake live is supposed to be quite good on there as well

Quake 3 Arena runs beautifully too. As do most 'older' titles, Baldur's Gate, Doom series, etc.

I actually find myself using it more for work and web browsing than gaming though :p

I mainly use it for writing with this great app:
Q10

But, I need to take a break or two, so I game.

Is the 1024x600 resolution supported in Baldur's gate? I've been meaning to install that for a while, but I can't find the cable for my external DVD drive.

Great game. I remember being terrified of the Sentinel when it first came out.

Most of the games on gog.com are probably good for the NC10.

I was playing Typing of the Dead on there last night. Lol.

The one that seems to be getting the most use for me is mame.

I have an X-arcade dual stick attached via USB and connected to my big TV the almost silent nature of the NC-10 has me gaming in the living room again :)

Connected with the VGA? What resolution? I never thought of doing that.
I've got a wireless gamepad as well, so it'd be a cinch to sit back on the sofa and play some old games...Damn, I wish I was at home already.

yep connected VGA and 800 by 600 is perfect on my TV for my emulators.

A wireless 360 Pad would work wonders for this too :)

Add Alien vs Predator 2 to the list, been sat in the back garden playing it on my NC10 today.

Edit: Max Payne runs great too.
