Great Paradox CEO interview

Paradox has been quickly becoming one of my favorite publishers as they just seem to be doing so many things right that other companies aren't, and this interview with the CEO gives major insight into one reason why that might be. It's rare to see this level of honesty, aswell as self criticism and analysis, coming from the top of a company.

and I agree, he is one of the good guys for sure.

Seconded..Though it was a bit of a bold statment for him to say that if mount and blade looked like oblivion it would be a million seller.
