In a perfect world it shouldn't be a surprise when you receive good service from a company, but in reality most of the time the service we receive from larger companies is just pretty average at best, what with never ending automated phone systems and being directed off to a website when you just want to speak to someone...
Therefore thought I would quickly share my experience of dealing with Netgear support, reference a Netgear Duo NAS drive I purchased at Christmas....
Everyone I spoke to seemed genuinely interested in my query and eager to provide a good service. I got through to the right people quickly, all of whom were professional, knowledgable and personable. I then received follow up messages keeping me informed of how things were progressing.
As said this before this shouldn't be big news and I guess it isn't, but when things work like they should I believe its nice to praise and share and then hopefully others may strive harder to be the same
