So one of the little plastic doo-dah's snapped on my beloved Lian Li PC71 case the other day. There are 4 of them altogether that hold the front of the case on. It was totally my fault for trying to remove the front at an angle, but now one of the corners of the case is not flush as it has no little plastic thingy to snap into. 
On an off chance I filled in a support form on Lian Li's website based in Taiwan, asking if they sold spares for their cases or had any suppliers of spares in the UK.
7 days later, 2 little plastic doo-dah's have turned up in the post, direct from Taiwan!
Now that is what I call great service!
