So one of the little plastic doo-dah's snapped on my beloved Lian Li PC71 case the other day. There are 4 of them altogether that hold the front of the case on. It was totally my fault for trying to remove the front at an angle, but now one of the corners of the case is not flush as it has no little plastic thingy to snap into. :(

On an off chance I filled in a support form on Lian Li's website based in Taiwan, asking if they sold spares for their cases or had any suppliers of spares in the UK.

7 days later, 2 little plastic doo-dah's have turned up in the post, direct from Taiwan!

Now that is what I call great service! :D
 
Glad to hear that!

You do pay for it mind, in the original cost of the cases, nothing is ever for free but good to hear somebody mention when it works rather than the torrent of people slating support.

I have had three experiences like yours, although mine were a couple of weeks still was more than acceptable considering the age of my cases.
